LIT THEORY 7 Days Size Exchange Policy

At LIT THEORY, we understand the importance of getting the right size. That’s why we offer a 7 Days Size Exchange Policy that allows you to exchange any item purchased from our website/app for a different size within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note the following guidelines to ensure your exchange process is smooth:

How the Exchange Works:

1. Eligibility for Exchange:

   • Items must be unused and in original condition with tags and packaging intact (e.g., clothing must still have its tags, and shoes must be in their original box).
   • You are welcome to try on the product, but it should not be worn or used in any way.
   • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Exchange Fee:

   • A nominal exchange fee of INR 99 will be applied for size exchanges, and this will be included in your replacement order invoice.
   • If your original order was delivered in multiple shipments, the exchange fee will be charged only once.

3. Stock Availability:

   • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size is not available, we will notify you and provide alternatives.

4. Initiating the Exchange:

   • The option to exchange your product will be available 24 hours after delivery in your LIT THEORY account.
   • Upload proper images of the product with tags intact when initiating the exchange request to ensure acceptance.
   • The exchange can be made only for size. You can choose a different size from the available options for the same product.

5. Terms for Exchanges:

   • If you purchased a set or combo, the entire set must be exchanged. Individual items cannot be exchanged.
   • Please check your product and exchange request carefully to ensure they match. Our courier partner will only pick up the items mentioned in the exchange request.
   • LIT THEORY is not liable for any wrong or extra items handed to the courier during the exchange pickup process.

6. Reverse Pickup Process:

   • We will arrange for reverse pickup in 2-3 working days through our courier partner, depending on availability in your area.
   • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your PINCODE, you will be asked to ship the product back to us at your expense. We will reimburse shipping costs up to INR 250 once we receive the item.

7. Second Size Exchange:

   • LIT THEORY does not have a second-size exchange policy. If you need to exchange the product a second time, an additional fee of INR 250 will apply.

 Damaged/Defective Products:

 If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by raising a ticket in your LIT THEORY account. After inspection, we will arrange for a replacement.

 Why Did My Pickup Fail?

 If your exchange pickup fails, we will make up to three attempts to collect the product. If the pickup fails after three attempts, the request will be marked as failed. You can raise a ticket in your account to initiate a new pickup.
